Global Shipping & Handling

We offer worldwide shipping. Costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the dimensions of the packaging required. To optimize shipping, large cushions are vacuum-sealed and may be dispatched in multiple boxes. Please note that Henri Beds are excluded from vacuum-sealing.

United Kingdom & Switzerland

As our products are entirely Made in Italy, they typically qualify for duty-free access under current EU trade agreements. We include a preferential origin declaration on all invoices to facilitate this. However, as local customs authorities assess shipments individually, we cannot guarantee an absolute absence of charges.

• Please note: Prices on our website exclude VAT and local taxes for these regions. You may be required to pay these upon import according to local regulations.

Logistics & Processing

• Carriers: We partner with FedEx, TNT, and BRT to ensure reliable delivery.

• Timeline: Orders are processed within 48 hours. During peak periods, dispatch may take 3–4 business days.

• Consolidated Shipping: To reduce our environmental impact, we ship orders only when all items are in stock. We will notify you if a specific item causes a significant delay.

• External Delays: While we strive for punctuality, international shipping may be subject to delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.
