2.8 Society

Eligibility. The 2.8 Society is open to registered customers of duepuntootto.com who have created an account and completed at least one order. Participation is personal and non-transferable.

Points. Points are awarded at a rate of 1 point per €1 spent on completed orders (excluding shipping, taxes, and any amounts covered by discount codes). Points are credited once an order is fulfilled and the return window has passed. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points are valid for 24 months from the date of issue and expire automatically thereafter.

Earning actions. Additional rewards may be earned for referring a new customer who places a qualifying order of €100 or more (€15 discount to the referrer, valid on the next order of €100+ for 60 days; 50 points to the invited friend after their first order). duepuntootto reserves the right to modify or discontinue earning actions at any time.

Tiers. Tier status (Member, Select, Founder) is determined by your current points balance. If your balance falls below a tier threshold following a redemption or refund, your tier will be updated accordingly. Thresholds: Member 0 – 999 points; Select 1000 – 2999 points; Founder 3000+ points. duepuntootto reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds with reasonable notice.

Redemption. Points may be redeemed for rewards as listed on this page. Rewards are applied as discount codes at checkout and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise. Points used for redemption are deducted from the balance immediately. Redeemed rewards are non-refundable.

Refunds. In the event of a full or partial refund, points earned on the refunded amount will be deducted from the balance proportionally. If the resulting balance is insufficient, it may become negative.

Founder tier. Customers who reach Founder status (3000+ lifetime points) may receive additional recognition at the discretion of duepuntootto, including early access to limited pieces and co-branded collections, and a dedicated contact for order enquiries. These benefits are not guaranteed and are offered as a gesture of appreciation, not as a contractual obligation.

Programme changes. duepuntootto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the 2.8 Society programme at any time. In the event of termination, customers will be given a minimum of 30 days notice to redeem outstanding points. Points hold no monetary value and no compensation will be due upon programme closure.

Fraud. Any attempt to manipulate the programme, including the creation of multiple accounts or artificial order activity, will result in immediate disqualification and cancellation of all points.

Privacy. Personal data collected in connection with the 2.8 Society is processed in accordance with duepuntootto's Privacy Policy, available at duepuntootto.com/policies/privacy-policy.

Governing law. These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
