Shipping and Delivery
Upon order confirmation, our standard shipping time usually ranges from 1 to 3 days. However, if you have ordered a custom or made-to-order product, please consider an extended processing time of up to 5-7 days. Once your order is on its way, delivery times may vary: European countries typically receive orders within a few days, while other destinations may require longer delivery times, usually between 7-9 days. It’s important to note that we maintain a close partnership with our shipping provider to proactively address any delays related to customs procedures, ensuring a smooth experience for our domestic and international customers. If your order includes multiple products and one of them is temporarily out of stock, we will ship the complete order as soon as all items are available.
Certainly! We offer worldwide shipping, and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once the shipment is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your convenience.
Shipping within Europe and the UK is free for orders over €100. Shipping costs for other destinations are determined by the size of the product (customs fees are not included).
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 10 days from the order delivery date upon request and prior confirmation. The product must be unused and accompanied by the original packaging 2.8 or the dust bag. Please kindly read our full policy before initiating a return.
