Global Shipping & Handling
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the dimensions of the required packaging.
To optimize shipping, large cushions may be vacuum-sealed and shipped in multiple boxes. Please note that Henri Beds are excluded from vacuum sealing.

United Kingdom & Switzerland
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to VAT and customs handling fees upon delivery. As our products are made in Italy, import duties are generally not applicable under existing trade agreements. Any applicable charges are not included in the order total and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 3–4 business days. Unless a pre-order product is selected.
Consolidated Shipping
To reduce our environmental impact, orders are shipped only once all items are in stock. We will notify you if a specific item causes a significant delay.
External Delays
While we strive to deliver orders on time, international shipments may occasionally experience delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
