Shipping and Payments

We ship our products worldwide, and the shipping cost is calculated based on the delivery address and the box size required for your order.

SHIPPING COSTS:
EUROPE & UNITED KINGDOM: Free shipping on all orders over €100.
(Customs duties are not included for Switzerland and the UK.)

Rest of the World:
Each area has different rates. If you need more details, feel free to contact our team. Customs duties are never included.

CARRIERS USED:
FedEx and TNT

The delivery process begins once your order is accepted and includes a 48-hour window for processing and dispatch from our warehouse. Please note that during peak periods, delivery times may be extended, with orders taking 3–4 days to ship.

If multiple products are ordered and one is temporarily out of stock, we will hold the shipment until the entire order can be shipped together. We will notify you in case of any significant delays.

While we work closely with our shipping partners to minimize delays, please understand that some domestic and international orders may experience delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Payments

All payment transactions on this site are processed through Shopify Payments, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your data.
