Thank you for shopping with 2.8 Design for Dogs. We want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read our return policy below:

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please send a request via email to info@duepuntootto.com

Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions. We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery (in accordance with Art. 52 of the Consumer Code). Please review our guidelines below:

Required Documentation:
Please include the invoice we send you by email, not the one you initially received, to ensure customs fees are not applied on our end.
(We do not cover customs duties for returned items — these costs are the customer’s responsibility.)

Condition:
Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, with original tags attached and in their original packaging (2.8 box or dust bag). Missing or damaged packaging may result in a deduction from your refund.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are possible for items of equal value by request via email. A small shipping fee may apply.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 28 working days.
For PayPal refunds, transaction fees will be deducted.

VAT Refunds:
VAT is fully refunded for EU orders. For non-EU orders, please contact your local customs office for information on VAT and duty refund procedures.

Shipping Fees:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Customized Items:
Unfortunately, customized items cannot be returned. Please ensure that the name or wording on the invoice is correct, as it will be used for embroidery.

Sale Items:
Discounted items such as the Annie Havana Bag are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased during special sales events are non-refundable.
