We appreciate your support and want to ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Process

To request a return, please email us at info@duepuntootto.com.
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions. We offer a 14-day return window from the delivery date, in accordance with Art. 52 of the Consumer Code.

Required Documentation

Please include the invoice we send you via email (not the original receipt) to help prevent customs fees on our end.
Note: Customs duties on returned items are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be:

• Unused and in perfect condition

• With original tags attached

• Returned in their original packaging (2.8 box or dust bag)

Returns that are incomplete, used, or damaged—or missing original packaging—may be subject to a deduction from your refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available upon request for items of equal value. A small shipping fee may apply. Please contact us via email to initiate an exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 28 working days of receiving your return.
If your order is canceled or returned, a processing fee may apply and will be deducted from your original payment.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank.

VAT Refunds

• EU Orders: VAT is fully refunded.

• Non-EU Orders: Please contact your local customs office for details on VAT and duty refund procedures.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

Customized Items

Customized products are non-returnable.
Please ensure all names or wording provided for embroidery are correct, as we use this directly from your invoice.

Final Sale Items

• Discounted items (e.g., the Annie Havana Bag) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Items purchased during special sales events are also non-refundable.
