If you would like to add your total spend from previous orders to your account, please contact us at info@duepuntootto.com with your account details. Valid for order after 1st June 2024.
You can start earning points right away - just by signing up to our website and following us on instagram.

Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned. Unused points will automatically expire after this period.

VIP Tiers informations
Your tier status is valid for 24 months from the date you reach that tier. If you don’t meet the minimum points again within that period, you may move down.
Eligible members can request free personalization on select items once (Icon) or three times (Founders’ Circle) per year. This must be done via customer service and applies only to specified products.

For Founders’ Circle members, bespoke pieces include one-of-a-kind or made-to-measure accessories designed in collaboration with our team. Availability is limited and subject to approval.
Founders’ Circle members will receive a curated gift each December — usually shipped between Dec 1–15. Make sure your address is up to date!
2.8 society
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The 2.8 Society is operated by Duepuntootto and is open to customers worldwide aged 18 and older.
One account per person; multiple accounts may result in cancellation.
2. Enrollment
By signing up, you agree to the program’s terms and to receive occasional marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Earning Points
Points are earned on eligible purchases only (excluding shipping, taxes, and gift cards).
Points will appear in your account after your order is confirmed. Return or cancellation of an order will void earned points from that order.
4. Using Points
Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Points can be redeemed for discounts, exclusive products, or other rewards as offered.
Points cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
5. Expiration
Points expire 24 months after being earned, unless otherwise stated.
6. Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to change or cancel the program, its benefits, or these terms at any time, without notice.
Abuse of the program (e.g., fraud, resale of rewards, or misrepresentation) may lead to account suspension or termination.
