SHIPPING COSTS:

CONTINENTAL EUROPE & UNITED KINGDOM: Free shipping on all orders over €100.

Shipping to Switzerland and the United Kingdom
Our products are entirely made in Italy.
Thanks to trade agreements between the European Union and Switzerland, and between the EU and the United Kingdom,  shipments are generally not subject to import duties but may be charged with local VAT.
To ensure duty-free access in the UK, we include the preferential origin declaration on the invoice, as required by the agreement.
However, we cannot fully guarantee the absence of customs charges, as each shipment may be assessed differently by local customs authorities.

 

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA:

Free Shipping on all orders over €150.

No Duties or Import Fees – We cover all customs duties and import tariffs for U.S. orders, ensuring a smooth, stress-free delivery with no extra charges upon arrival.

 

REST OF THE WORLD
Each area has different rates. If you need more details, feel free to contact our team. Customs duties are never included.

FedEx and TNT and BRT.

The delivery process begins once your order is accepted and includes a 48-hour window for processing and dispatch from our warehouse. Please note that during peak periods, delivery times may be extended, with orders taking 3–4 days to ship.

If multiple products are ordered and one is temporarily out of stock, we will hold the shipment until the entire order can be shipped together. We will notify you in case of any significant delays.

While we work closely with our shipping partners to minimize delays, please understand that some domestic and international orders may experience delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
